BOCA RATON, FL, UNITED STATES, September 9, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Miami–Fort Lauderdale Professional Builds on a Decade of Experience to Bridge Strategy, Technology, and Operational Execution
Miami, Florida – Kiley Williams has built a career at the intersection of technology, operations, executive leadership, and strategic execution, bringing approximately a decade of experience across enterprise organizations and fast-paced, early-stage environments. Known for her ability to navigate ambiguity, build scalable processes, and turn strategy into action, Williams continues to position herself for increasingly strategic leadership opportunities.
Throughout her career, Williams has served in roles including Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant to senior leadership, and Business Program Manager. Across each position, she has focused on strengthening operational performance while helping executives and cross-functional teams move complex initiatives forward.
Williams began her professional journey in technical support, including work with Apple around 2014. After graduating from Florida State University in 2016 with a degree in Information and Communication Technologies, she transitioned into increasingly complex operations and leadership positions.
Her nearly six-year tenure at AT&T represented a significant chapter in that progression. Working in roles including Specialist – Business Manager and Lead Chief of Staff, Williams supported agile delivery, regulatory coordination, and large-scale program execution. These experiences strengthened her ability to work across functions, manage competing priorities, and provide the operational structure needed to achieve organizational objectives.
Williams subsequently expanded her experience through Business Program Manager positions at Microsoft and an Agile Transformation Coach role at T-Mobile. She also contributed to consumer and productivity initiatives within Microsoft’s M365 and Copilot ecosystem, gaining valuable exposure to technology transformation and the changing ways organizations adopt and implement emerging tools.
Today, Williams serves as an Executive Assistant at ClaimAngel while continuing to evolve toward high-impact operational leadership. She is particularly interested in startup environments, where she can play a foundational role in scaling operations, shaping strategy, supporting executive decision-making, and building the systems that allow growing organizations to operate effectively.
Williams attributes much of her success to the strong women who shaped her early life—her mother and two grandmothers. Their examples of hard work, leadership, and perseverance established the values and work ethic that continue to guide her. She also credits the resilience and determination she developed while working her way through college, experiences that strengthened her discipline and commitment to achieving her goals.
For young women entering technology and operations, Williams emphasizes the importance of genuine, in-person engagement. She encourages professionals to become actively involved in their communities, build authentic relationships, listen carefully, and consistently show up. In an increasingly digital professional world, she believes meaningful connections and trust remain essential foundations for career growth.
Williams also recognizes both challenges and opportunities within her field. While digital connectivity has made collaboration easier, it has also created greater distance between professionals, fundamentally changing networking since COVID-19. Certification costs can present another barrier for individuals pursuing professional development independently. Yet Williams sees significant opportunity in the growing need for professionals who can move beyond execution and contribute to strategic operational leadership, particularly as organizations navigate technology adoption and transformation.
At the center of Williams’ professional philosophy are family, community advocacy, servant leadership, resilience, and a strong work ethic. These principles influence how she approaches challenges, supports others, and contributes to organizational success.
As she looks toward the next chapter of her career, Williams remains focused on evolving from execution-focused responsibilities toward forward-looking strategic advisory work. Her combination of technology knowledge, operational experience, executive support expertise, and people-centered leadership positions her to help organizations turn ambitious ideas into sustainable results.
